Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte/Concord

I don’t know who the gentleman late night attendant is and specifically tonight… 12/6-7 (oh Lord my child heard me say 67) Regardless, that man needs a raise! Apparently, after a certain time, the front doors are locked and I understand that completely for safety, but it’s been a very long time since I’ve approached a hotel that the front doors are locked without a key so I was kind of taken aback, but he was such a friendly amazing person !!! I had just left a hotel two doors down… Also a Hilton that the lady was snotty and snobby and said before I could get two words out of my mouth they were full because of a cheerleading event and I was like… ok that’s not true per your website, but whatever… Zero compassion from that woman, but when I walked in and talked to the gentleman, he was over-the-top, compassionate and nice and understanding, and he honestly looked a little worried to tell me he only had a king size left… I said I don’t care. I just need to go to sleepand got my normal Hilton rate and everything that goes with it but kindness goes a long way even in terrible situations. That woman clearly does not know how to do her job in this gentleman at this hotel needs a raise!

Pretty standard HGI. The room was clean and it was conveniently located. It didn't seem like much was done to quiet the highway noise which was a bit more than reasonable.

We had two rooms, one room our light didn't work The other room the shower didn't work. The infant crib was broken. The breakfast was 5 star restaurant and the complementary drinks were great

Chinay Moore, at the front desk made my first stay with family at this hotel an excellent one! She was professional, patient, kind and thorough, ensuring everything was clearly explained and handled smoothly no matter how many questions I had. Her welcoming attitude and attention to detail immediately set a high standard for the property. As someone in customer service and sales, I can say with confidence that employees like Chinay directly impact guest satisfaction, repeat business, and overall hotel ratings. She is a strong asset to this team and deserves formal recognition from management for her performance with a raise and bonus! Without her, it could be not only a direct impact to the hotel which would limit high reviews, yet it could hinder customers as myself from returning. Thank you for hiring Chinay Moore!

Good, clean hotel. There is a separate breakfast package to our hase as breakfast is not included in room rate, but there are so many options surrounding the hotel. All in all, it's was perfect for a short getaway.

Great hotel and all amenities and services were great. We didn't get a chance to use the pool service as it was cold on the day we visited. Location is convenient for all major restaurants and malls. Breakfast service team crew especially (Tandal) was very helpful assisting the Food, Menu details. Overall great experience. Thank you.

Our room was fantastic! Separate seating area from the bedroom, very clean & comfortable. Andrea at the bar was such a gem and food & drinks were well priced and tasty! Outside seating area with fireplace was a nice bonus after a long 70° November day. Well stocked food & drink pantry and friendly fellow guests. Best stay we’ve had in this area!

Not only is this property very nicely appointed, but the onsite team is first rate! Despite being there for the saddest of occasions (i.g., a funeral) the onsite team, namely Char, Halima, Shayla, Angel and others, made the time there feel like home away from home. They got this right from top to bottom. I highly recommend this property when in the Concord Mills area as the team does a phenomenal job ensuring guests are cared for. I also highly suggest the team be compensated accordingly for the OUTSTANDING job they each do every day (corporate...please take note!)
